This programme supports doctoral students from developing and least-developed countries who are researching WTO-related topics.

Who Can Apply?
To be eligible, you must:
- Be a national of a developing or least-developed WTO member or a country in accession
- Be pursuing a PhD in economics, law, international relations, or a related field
- Be in the final stages (75% complete) of your thesis
- Be fluent in English, French, or Spanish
