Role Overview

The Contact Centre Officer will be responsible for engaging customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring service excellence. This role requires a proactive, solutions-oriented individual passionate about customer service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Interaction

  • Meet and exceed KPIs such as response time and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow scripts, guidelines, and compliance standards.

5. Collaboration and Feedback

  • Work with team members to maintain consistent service quality.
  • Share customer feedback with relevant teams to improve services.

6. Administrative Tasks

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Submit daily or weekly reports to the Contact Center Manager.

Qualifications

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service or contact center roles preferred.

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications.
