Ideal candidates should have:

• Expertise in Machine Learning & Deep Learning (e.g., a first-author ML research paper).
• Programming Experience (e.g., 1+ years at a leading tech firm).
• Academic Excellence (e.g., top percentile in standardized STEM tests or Olympiads).
• Passion for AI Safety Research and mitigating risks from advanced AI systems.
