Eligibility Criteria

To apply, you must meet the following criteria:

For U.S. Students:

  • Be an upper-division undergraduate (aged 20–25)
  • Have a background in international relations, economic development, diplomacy, or similar fields
  • Show leadership in community, national, or regional settings
  • Experience with NGOs or community organizations is preferred

For Non-U.S. Students:

  • Meet the same criteria as U.S. students
  • Provide a recommendation letter verifying English proficiency from an academic advisor
  • Hold a valid international passport and U.S. visa
  • Preference is given to those who have not previously visited the United States
