Mundus MAPP Scholarships: Your Gateway to World-Class Education

The Mundus MAPP Consortium, supported by the Erasmus+ program of the European Union, offers exceptional scholarship opportunities for students worldwide. These scholarships enable talented individuals to pursue a 24-month master’s program in public policy, fostering academic excellence and cross-cultural exchange.
Scholarship Opportunities
1. Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters (EMJM) Scholarship
- Eligibility: Open to outstanding applicants globally (EU and non-EU).
- Duration: Covers the full 24-month program.
- Monthly Contribution: €1,400/month, amounting to a maximum of €33,600 over two years. This supports:
- Travel, visa, and installation costs.
- Subsistence and other expenses.
Benefits:
- Full tuition fee waiver.
- Health insurance for the program duration (plus an additional 2 weeks prior and 2 months post-study).
- Additional support available for students with disabilities.
Restrictions:
- Cannot be combined with other EU-funded scholarships.
- Prior EMJM recipients are ineligible.
2. Institutional Scholarship
Coverage:
- 50% tuition fee waiver for both Year 1 and Year 2 institutions.
- Exclusions: Does not provide a stipend or cover additional costs.
Costs Not Covered by EMJM Scholarships
Scholarship recipients must self-fund the following:
- Study Visits: €600–€1,000 during Spring Term (Year 1).
- Winter School: €600–€1,000 during Winter Term (Year 2).
- Travel and visa expenses between home country, consortium countries, and Year 2 university.
Application Deadlines
1. February 4, 2025:
- Deadline for scholarship applicants.
- Early deadline for self-funded applicants.
2. April 15, 2025:
- Deadline for non-EU/EEA residents without financial aid requests.
3. July 1, 2025:
- Deadline for EU/EEA residents without financial aid requests.
How to Apply
- Submit your application online and indicate your interest in scholarships by February 4, 2025.
- Scholarships are merit-based and highly competitive. Applicants are encouraged to seek external funding as a backup.
