The Kanthari Impact Leadership Course is a transformative 12-month program designed for individuals passionate about driving social and environmental change. Types of Kantharis

Green Kanthari: Grassroots change-makers initiating ethical social projects (e.g., schools for marginalized communities or environmental programs).
Yellow Kanthari: Inventors of products, strategies, or concepts for social change (e.g., in technology, accessibility, education).
Orange Kanthari: Entrepreneurs using business as a tool for sustainable social impact.
Red Kanthari: Advocates and activists promoting a world free from discrimination and harmful norms.
Purple Kanthari: Artists using creative expression (music, film, art) to provoke positive mindset changes.

Course Structure

• Duration: 12 months (April 2025 – April 2026)

Stages:

Act 0 (Online): April 2025 (2 months).
Acts 1–4 (On-Campus): May–December 2025 in Kerala, India (7 months).
Act 5 (In Your Country): January–April 2026 (3 months).

Graduation: Successful completion of all five acts is required to graduate.

Eligibility Criteria

Open to individuals aged 22+ (no upper age limit).
Applicants who have faced or witnessed significant life challenges (e.g., poverty, war, discrimination, disability).
Strong desire to create social or environmental change.
Basic English and computer skills are required.
Open to applicants from all countries.
