About the Leading Scholarship
The Leading Scholarship aims to empower exceptional young leaders from under-represented countries. By providing access to the Summit, the scholarship ensures that talented individuals, regardless of background, can participate in shaping solutions to global challenges.
What Does the Scholarship Cover?
Selected scholars will receive:
- Full delegate access to the One Young World Summit 2025 in Munich.
- Accommodation from 2 to 6 November 2025.
- Catering, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner throughout the Summit.
- Travel expenses to and from Munich (departure and return must be from the same international airport).
Note: Scholars requiring a visa to enter Germany must cover their visa fees and any associated costs, such as travel to the visa application center.

Eligibility Criteria
You are eligible to apply if you:
- Are aged 18–30 (exceptions may be made for those above 30 with demonstrable impact and engagement).

- Are actively addressing critical local or global issues.
- Have a track record of innovative and impactful ideas.
Additional Information
- Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
- Priority will be given to applicants from under-represented countries and first-time attendees.
- Due to high application volumes, feedback or individual inquiries about outcomes cannot be accommodated.
