World House Fellowship 2025: Master the Art of Conflict Transformation

Are you ready to transform conflict into opportunity, foster dialogue, and generate social change? The World House Fellowship offers a fully funded, immersive experience in Italy, combining academic learning with hands-on training in conflict resolution and leadership.

Fellowship Highlights

  • Duration: 18 months (July 2025 – June 2027).
  • Location: Rondine Cittadella della Pace, Tuscany, Italy.

What the Fellowship Offers

Participants will benefit from:

  • A Master’s degree (M1) from top Italian universities (Florence, Siena).
  • Training in conflict resolution, leadership, peacebuilding, and project design.

Coverage Includes:

  • Accommodation: Housing in Rondine village (shared rooms).
  • Meals: Full-board provided by Rondine Locanda.
  • Master’s Tuition: Including transportation, materials, and meals.
  • Intensive Italian Course: 3 months of language and cultural immersion.
  • Health Insurance: Full coverage, including residence permit and registration in the Italian Healthcare System.
  • Program Expenses: Transportation, materials, and participation costs.

Eligibility Criteria

To apply, candidates must:

  • Be 21-28 years old.
  • Have an interest in personal, social, and international conflicts.
  • Demonstrate active listening, teamwork, and a commitment to leadership.
  • Be passionate about topics like conflict transformation, human rights, and global sustainability.
  • Be ready to share their personal story in public forums.
  • Embrace living with peers from diverse cultures and religions.
  • Commit to developing social innovation projects.

Language Requirements:

  • Italian is the official language for communication and activities.
  • The program begins with a 3-month intensive Italian language course.
  • Proficiency in English is required for effective participation.

  • Valid passport (until December 2026).
  • Motivation letter and Curriculum Vitae.
  • Copy of the most recent academic diploma.
  • Completed Rondine Project Proposal Form.
  • At least one recommendation letter.
  • Signed notice on personal data protection.
