- Target Markets: Operate in Cambodia, Ethiopia, Uganda, or Zambia.
- Show Commercial Viability: Be post-pilot, revenue-generating, and equipped with robust financial systems for timely reporting.
- Co-Invest: Commit at least 51% of the project cost via cash or in-kind contributions.
- Demonstrate Scalability: Exhibit potential for sustainable growth and impact at scale.
- Comply with Regulations: Adhere to local laws, ethical standards, and best practices, including labor, environmental, and anti-corruption measures.
